We offer a prepaid and appointment-based online consultation service. This means that a booked appointment ties down a GP’s time to the appointment. If you will want to cancel your confirmed GP’s appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance by email: Cancellation@yourgpconsultation.com
It is important to state your reason(s) for cancellation. If you notify us (at least) 24 hours in advance of your scheduled consultation, your consultation fee will be refunded in full, to the bank card that you used in booking the GP’s appointment.
We will regard your request for cancellation as late cancellation and your consultation fee will not be refunded if you notify us less than 24 hours to your scheduled appointment.
If you fail to keep your scheduled appointment without duly notifying us, we will regard this as missed appointment without prior notice and we will not refund your consultation fee.
You can reschedule your booked/scheduled GP’s appointment with us. You must however communicate to us on email at Reschedule@yourgpconsultation.com regarding your decision to reschedule your appointment and stating the reason(s) why you want to reschedule. Please your decision to reschedule should be communicated to us not less than 24 hours before your booked/scheduled GP’s consultation. We will need you to book and pay for a new consultation while we process a refund.
Please note that you can only reschedule your GP’s appointment once.
